If we eat fruit directly then we eat worms sometimes or sometimes we see worms inside a vegetable or fruit. So what will happen if we accidentally eat insects inside a fruit. 

It is an ancient routine that is followed that whenever you eat raw fruits and vegetables then you must eat them by cutting them from knife. So we should follow the advice of cutting the fruits or vegetables with instrument and then should start eat by cutting into pieces. But many times fruits like guava, strawberry, Peru, gooseberry we eat them directly. 

So friends most of the time caterpillars are found inside the fruit and vegetables. Studies till now have told that they are not harmful for our body. However we do not want to eat caterpillars because of the disgusting feeling we have. If you eat them unknowingly or accidentally then they will not be harmful and can easily be digested.

It will not harm you and caterpillars are the best source of protein and in cities people eat them as a food. 

If you feel disgusting eating them then you cut that part of fruit or vegetable where you see the insect or worm. Having inside insects, caterpillars have fruit or vegetable can be said healthy as caterpillars grow when we use no pesticide or less pesticides inside a fruit in growing. So you can eat that fruit or vegetable which have caterpillar inside it.

If the fruit🥝 is contaminated then the insect or caterpillar inside it can cause nausea or loose motion. But in most of the cases we do not face these type of problems as the hydrochloric acid inside our stomach burn all the things inside us. However people who have low digestion power they can feel loose motions.

What to do if I eat caterpillars accidentally inside the fruit or vegetable?

If you can use salt water to clean or hot water to clean the fruit or vegetable then there are less chances to eat the contaminated as it will neutral insects and their eggs. 

Check the fruit before peeling our cutting it has it should not have insects inside it. 

See the fruit should not be rotten as rotten fruits or vegetables have higher chances of having insects and caterpillars inside them.

When you eat organic fruit or vegetable then there are high chances of having worms or insect inside it as they are grown without using of chemical pesticide so you should extra take care of the organic fruits.

Fact: according to a report published by UN United Nations in future there will be atram edible insects as they can be sustainable food source for humans.
